Entry and exit of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova in/from the Republic of Moldova

The citizens of the Republic of Moldova have the possibility to enter and to exit the country using the passport. The passport is executed according to the applications of the citizen handed in at the Department of Information Technologies and its territorial subdivisions (Passport and Visa Offices). The passport is executed according to the citizens wish, in the indicated terms and prices: within 1 month 263 lei, within 15 days 407 lei, within 5 days 662 lei, within 1day 1180 lei

The citizens who want their passports to be executed within a month or 15 days have to apply to the subdivisions from the territory of the Department of Information Technologies, and for the perfection within 5 days or 1 day (24 hours) at the office of urgent documents execution.

The passports are issued to the citizens for travelling abroad (for treatment, rest, tourism etc.), as well as for permanent residence, about which you can find a special remark on the 6th page of the passport or the next free page. The departure for permanent residence abroad is examined within 3 months.
