Note: 1) The above-mentioned tariffs are approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Moldova ¹ 926 from 12.07.2002 “On the adoption of Tariffs for chargeable services, offered by the State Chamber of Registration of the Ministry of Information Development”.
2) In case of registration of enterprise or organization and in case of urgent services offering (within 1 day), as well as in case of offering of services in days off or holidays, the cost of services doubles.
3) Payment for the registration of enterprises or organizations and their branches and representations may triple in case the services, which are offered, require the presence of the state registrar at the place, indicated by an entrepreneur, triples.
4) Payment for the offered services is transferred to the account of the State Chamber of Registration.
