Pavel BUCEATCHI

Pavel Buceatchi was born on April 10, 1959 in Chisinau.

In 1983 he graduated from Chisinau State University, Faculty “Mathematics and cybernetics”, speciality – programmer mathematician.
In 1990 Mr. Buceatchi graduated from Chisinau Technical University, Faculty “Semiconductor units and microelectronics”, speciality – processing engineer of microelectronics.
Since 1983 Mr. Buceatchi worked at “Signal” factory.
In 1993 he joined the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Since 1995 Mr. Buceatchi has been working at the State Enterprise “Registru”;
Starting from 2005 – Vice Minister of Information Development.

On the basis of Parliament confidence vote and by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova dated March 31, 2008, Pavel Buceatchi was appointed the Minister of Information Development.

Born in Baroncea village, Drochia region on March 22, 1978, Oleg Rotaru graduated from the Free International University, Law department, specialty – economic law.
