During the last ten years, a number of legislative and normative acts were adopted that regulate informatization sphere in order to form and use state information resources, also the containing information. Within actual conditions, joint efforts of the Ministry of Information Development and other ministries and departments, continue to improve information legislation in the context of socio-economic relations development in society.
Information legislation, legislative and normative acts that regulate public relations in information sphere, bills, and normative- legal basis of the Ministry of Information Development activity, are presented in this section.
